Are you willing to work in an international environment in Barcelona? Would you like to work in a position that enables you to guide customers in their car rental requests?
If you are a French customer service passionate, we are looking forward to meeting you!
Our client is the leading car rental marketplace in Europe. They provide hassle-free car hire by putting people directly in touch with local car owners.
You will be in charge of customer relations, replying to their requests by email, chat and phone. Your main mission will be to achieve customer satisfaction.
You will work in accessible facilities in Poble Nou; you can get there by public transport (nearest metro station: Marina and Bogatell).
Working hours are established from Monday to Sunday (8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm) plus two weekends per month. (rotating shifts)

- Excellent communication skills, including a high level of writing and typing ability.
- Good soft skills.
- French speaker, fluency in English is a plus.
Nous vous offrons
What do we offer:
- Immediate incorporation into an international team.
- Starting date: October first.
- Initial 3 months contract, followed by a permanent contract.
- Fulltime (39h per week).
- Salary: 1.500-1.600€ gross per month. (18-20K gross per year)
- Monthly bonus: 100€ taking into account working performance.
