We are seeking an experienced Sales and Supply Chain Administration Coordinator with a high level of English & French to join a pioneering startup company.
This role is central to the management of the operations as it oversees the day-to-day contact with our customers and plays a critical part in managing stock and production levels:
Direct link with customers on Sales Orders related topics (stock availability, order lead times, delivery dates, pricing, discounts, delays).
Manage the administration of all orders products.
Sales Orders confirmation in the Ordering Management System.
Stock allocation, shipment planning and coordination.
Communication with shipping agents, forwarders, vendors and logistics and supply chain team.
Monitoring of stock.
Maintaining the Ordering Management System and the Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
Monitor suppliers’ delivery schedule.
“Troubleshooting” – identifying problems as and when they arise and then managing them through to a successful conclusion.
At least 3 years of proven experience in supply chain & sales administration role.
Knowledge of multi-lingual business
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Able to work under pressure, independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent level of both English & French language.
